Also, an accomplished Human Resources professional, Florence was formerly Director of Human Resources at various institutions. In both positions, she steered negotiations and managed compliance and conflict resolution for large, multi-disciplinary teams. She has published multiple articles in the HR space and is generally seen as a leader in her field by her peers. Through her work as an HR professional, Florence mastered the arts of conflict resolution, negotiation, and process management, making her the ideal real estate agent to represent clients in the competitive Marin County real estate market.
In addition to finding fantastic homes for her buyer-side clients, Florence provides real estate advice to first-time investors. By leveraging data-mining strategies she perfected through her consulting work in the tech industry, she easily identifies properties that will be most likely to provide a strong return on investment—and for her seller-side clients, casts a wide net on buyers looking for those properties.
Originally from France, Florence attended La Sorbonne in Paris, where she earned her BS in International Trade and Foreign Affairs. When not dealing in real estate, Florence enjoys running Marin County’s best trails and hanging out with her husband and two wonderful teenage boys.
